| 11/19/11 A steam locomotive requires inspections on all the
flexible staybolts every five years. On the NCRY tank engines, this
requires removing the tanks for access to the staybolt caps. Despite
our best planning, both the #2 and #3 have their five year inspections
fll in the same calendar year. | 11/19/11

lot of work was accomplished at Brighside today. On the main
line, the Train of Lights is lit up for first time testing and all the
equipment was switched back to the shop leads at the end of the day. | 03/26/11

will be able to communicate better with the train crew once again. |

up to remove the fireman's side tank. Dave holding the tag line,

with rigging. Removing the side tanks for the 5 year flexible stay
